Ticketing Options

The VIP Clicquot Picnic is an exclusive ticketed picnic party with reserved seating available for purchase, offering a chic and exciting Polo-day experience. Tickets are sold in pairs (who wants to celebrate alone anyway!) and tables seat a max of five pairs or ten people (time to make some friends). This year, Veuve Clicquot is offering luxury picnic baskets filled with seasonal picnic fare created by Wolfgang Puck Catering to pair perfectly with Veuve Clicquot champagne. The contents of the baskets are best savored while sipping a flute and watching the exciting match first-hand at the beautiful Will Rogers State Park. Each guest who purchases a ticket to the VIP Clicquot Picnic will receive a picnic basket upon arrival.

First Row (La Grande Dame Package)
Pair of tickets include:

Second Row (Rosé Package)

  • $800 per pair

Third Row (Yellow Label Package)
Pair of tickets include:

  • Admittance and assigned seating for two
  • One bottle of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label champagne

The VIP Clicquot Picnic area will also feature several bars with additional Veuve Clicquot champagne and non-alcoholic beverages for purchase.

Tickets must be purchased in increments of two and tables seat a maximum of five pairs (ten guests).

Transportation & Parking

VIP Clicquot Picnic area ticketholders will have a dedicated valet parking lot, denoted on the ticket. Ticketholders must park in their designated lot, and free shuttles will run throughout the day to transport guests to and from the parking lot to the event grounds.

Valet parking is included in cost of ticket, however, carpooling and drop offs are recommended.

NEW! The Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic has teamed up with Uber to provide transportation assistance. The VIP Clicquot Picnic parking area is a designated Uber drop off and pick up location, and all new users are eligible for $30 off first ride using the code:VCPOLO. As a reminder, there are absolutely no drop offs directly at Will Rogers State Historic Park – no exceptions.

The journey from the parking lot to the event site is a quick ride, approximately 10 minutes. The first shuttle will begin at 11:30 am and the final shuttle will depart the VIP Picnic area at 5:15 pm. Will Rogers State Park Road will be closed to all traffic on event day, and there will be no parking available onsite.

A detailed traffic and parking plan will be provided upon ticket purchase.

Reminder

Please note the following:

  • All guests must obtain a VIP Clicquot Picnic ticket to enter the private picnic area. Please note that for security reasons, VIP Clicquot Picnic guests are not able to access the General Access area, and vice versa.
  • Tickets must be purchased in advance, and no tickets will be sold onsite. A maximum of ten pairs (twenty tickets and/or two total tables) are available for purchase per transaction.
  • Guests must be 21 years of age or older to attend the VIP Clicquot Picnic, no children (or babies) are permitted.
  • Limited picnic area tables are available – so reserve yours today!
  • Alcohol sales at the event are managed by The Cocktail Concierge, licensed caterer in the State of California.
  • All ticketholders must park in the designated lot and take the free shuttles to/from event grounds. The journey from the parking lot to the event site is an approximately 10 minute ride.
  • Attendees getting dropped off must check-in at the parking lot designated on their ticket and board the shuttles to the event grounds, no exceptions. Will Rogers State Park Road will be closed on event day – and no Ubers, taxis, limos or any guest vehicles are allowed on site.
  • Lot will open at 11am sharp; absolutely no drinking/alcohol/tailgating will be allowed in parking lot. Violators will be asked to leave the premises.
  • Proof of ticket will be checked prior to boarding shuttles; all guests must possess an individual ticket
  • All cars must be removed from parking lot by 6:00 pm on event day or otherwise subject to being towed at own cost
