General Rules

  • Ticketholders must be 21+ years of age with valid proof of ID to attend - no one under 21 (including young children and babies) will be admitted
  • Proof of ticket will be checked prior to boarding shuttle; all guests must possess an individual ticket
  • For security reasons, VIP Clicquot Picnic guests cannot access the General Access area and vice versa
  • General Access ticket prices do not include champagne; all champagne purchases must be made onsite
  • Wristbands void if tampered with or removed
  • Wristbands must be worn at all times
  • Guests are responsible for all personal items
  • Event is rain or shine
  • No disorderly conduct will be tolerated; unruly guests are subject to ejection

FAQS

What time does the event begin?

General Access event gates open at 11:00 a.m. and the match begins at approximately 1:00 p.m. Obeying all event signage and staff and adhering to the travel guidelines noted on ticket will significantly decrease any possible transportation delays.

What time does the event end?

Event ends at 5:00 p.m. and the last shuttle departs at 5:15 p.m. Return shuttles will run on a continual basis throughout the day. All cars must be removed from parking lot by 6:00 pm on event day or otherwise subject to being towed at own cost

What if I prefer to be dropped off at Will Rogers State Historic Park?

Absolutely no car drop offs at Will Rogers State Historic Park; there will be road closures. Guests being dropped off MUST do so at their designated parking lot and take the shuttle to the event grounds. Ticketholders must adhere to transportation method noted on ticket.

Are children/babies allowed?

Due to Will Rogers State Park policy, all ticketholders must be 21+ years of age to attend. No one under 21, including young children and babies, will be permitted.

Is champagne included in a General Access ticket price?

Champagne is not included in ticket price for General Access ticketholders. All champagne must be purchased onsite. Champagne costs are as follows:

  • Yellow Label: $20 per glass / $95 per bottle
  • Rosé: $25 per glass / $115 per bottle
  • La Grande Dame: $250 per bottle

What do I wear?

The Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic gives guests the opportunity to dress in the style and glamour of polo! Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a linen suit and women are encouraged to wear dresses and their most daring of hats! Guests are encouraged to wear comfortable shoes (flats, sandals or wedges for women) as there is a walk to and from event grounds.

How hot will it get on event day?

Weather varies but high temperatures have been common throughout the day. Guests are encouraged to wear sunscreen, stay hydrated and take advantage of the shaded areas provided. Sunscreen and sun umbrellas will be available for purchase onsite. Event is rain or shine.

Will there be assigned seating?

There will be no formal seating/assigned seating on the event grounds for General Access ticketholders, and all seating is first-come-first-serve. Guests are welcome to bring blankets from home. Picnic blankets and umbrellas will also be available onsite for purchase. Assigned seating will be given to VIP Clicquot Picnic guests upon ticket purchase. here.

Can I bring food and outside beverages?

Guests are welcome to bring outside food and non-alcoholic beverages. All non-alcoholic beverages must be sealed. As a reminder, no alcoholic beverages, including Veuve Clicquot, will be allowed onsite. Food from the city’s top Food Trucks will be available for purchase, as well as Veuve Clicquot champagne and a selection of non-alcoholic beverages.

Will cash or credit cards be accepted onsite?

All major credit cards are accepted onsite; however, cash is encouraged for quicker transactions. Designated cash lines have been added to the champagne tents to ensure speedy service. Additionally, the number of ATMs throughout the grounds has increased significantly.

Will there be bathrooms onsite?

Enhanced restroom facilities will be available both on event grounds as well as the shuttle departure lots.

Will there be security/first aid/lost & found if needed?

Security will be stationed throughout the entire event and at each bar should a problem or question arise. For further questions, first aid and lost & found inquiries, we have added a clearly visible information tent on the event grounds who can help address all of your needs.
